What inspired the founding of your company or organization?

I have started, run, and scaled many successful agency businesses, as well as my airbnb cleaning business years ago. I realized how easy it was for me to accomplish and run these types of businesses successfully, so I thought, “Why don’t I do this for other people?” That’s when my team and I started offering this as a service. Our mission is to help people build and have automated businesses running for them successfully to help make them passive income; and to keep them as a client long term, that’s our goal for every client. Everyone deserves time freedom, and that’s what we strive to achieve for our clients.

Can you share a defining moment in the history of your company?

Before we first launched our service, we ran it for free for a group of beta testers; we started and ran their businesses for them, and it worked. We knew it would because we’ve done it ourselves before, but doing it for 10+ more people was when we were like, “Heck yeah! This works!” That was the moment we proved it to ourselves and went all in to launch our service to the public confidently.

How would you describe the core values that guide your company?

Our company is guided by core values centered around empowerment, integrity, collaboration, excellence, and community impact. As an all-women-owned business, we are passionate about empowering women and helping everyday individuals who may not have the time or resources to run a business on their own. We step in to build and operate successful, automated businesses for them, allowing them to enjoy more time freedom and passive income. Integrity is at the foundation of everything we do, ensuring transparency and trust with our clients. Collaboration is also key, as we work together to lift each other up and grow alongside our clients for long-term success. We strive for excellence in every business we create, so our clients can feel proud of their business and the results. Ultimately, we are driven by a desire to make a positive impact, helping people build businesses that not only generate income but also contribute to their communities and their own success in meaningful ways.

What is the overarching mission of your organization?

Our mission is to help people achieve passive income and gain more time freedom so they can live life on their terms. We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to work less and enjoy more of what truly matters—whether it’s pursuing their passions, spending quality time with loved ones, or simply doing what they love. By building and managing automated businesses, we empower our clients to create financial independence and reclaim their time, allowing them to live fuller, more meaningful lives.

Can you recall a significant challenge the company faced and how it overcame it?

One of the most significant challenges we faced as a company was when we experienced massive growth overnight, with a high volume of clients suddenly wanting our service. Our clients kept referring their family and friends, and it was just a huge influx where our services became so high in demand. It was both exciting and overwhelming, as we quickly realized we couldn’t handle the influx at first. While we didn’t want to turn anyone away, we had to make the difficult decision to start a waitlist and temporarily halt taking on new clients in order to grow our team. We focused on expanding our team of experts to handle the increased demand, and this strategy worked well. Now, we are able to manage the higher volume of clients and continue to provide exceptional service. As we move forward, we plan to keep growing our team so we can serve even more people.

What are some of the most notable achievements in the history of your company?

While we are only a year and a half old, our company has already achieved some remarkable milestones. In our first year, we became a multimillion-dollar business based purely on word-of-mouth referrals and no paid marketing, which speaks volumes about the quality of our services and the trust we’ve built with our clients. We’ve successfully built hundreds of hands-off businesses for our clients, allowing them to achieve passive income and time freedom—something we are incredibly proud of. Recently, we received global recognition. award for being an innovative business, a true honor that highlights our dedication to excellence. What excites us even more though is our upcoming foundation, where we will provide automated businesses to women in need, including women veterans, victims of domestic abuse, youth aging out of foster care, etc. Helping others is the achievement we are most proud of, and giving back to those who need it most is at the heart of our mission.

How does your organization prioritize the well-being and professional growth of its employees?

Our organization is deeply committed to prioritizing the well-being and professional growth of our employees by fostering an empowering, supportive, and fun work environment. As an all-women-run agency, we are passionate about empowering women, and we ensure that our team feels like their own bosses, not just employees. We don’t micromanage; instead, we give our team the freedom to run the show, make their own hours, and operate in a way that suits them best. Fun is the foundation of our company culture, and we’re dedicated to providing a stress-free workplace where creativity and individuality thrive. We also offer rewards and incentives to recognize and celebrate the hard work of our team while providing ample opportunities for professional growth. Mental health and well-being are top priorities for us, and we support our team by providing a nurturing and empowering environment that allows them to grow alongside the company.

We do this in several key ways. As an all-women-run agency, we are committed to empowering women from all backgrounds and providing opportunities for growth and leadership within our company. We proudly hire people virtually from all over the world, which brings a rich variety of perspectives, cultures, and ideas to our team. This global approach enhances our creativity, fosters innovation, and allows us to better understand and serve our diverse client base. Inclusion is at the heart of our work culture, where every team member is valued and respected for their unique contributions. Social responsibility is also central to our mission, and we are passionate about giving back since we have the means to do so. Through our upcoming foundation, we plan to support women in need, such as veterans, the homeless, recovering addicts, victims of domestic abuse, and youth aging out of foster care, by offering them the chance to own automated businesses that can help them rebuild their lives. We are committed to creating lasting, positive change, both within our company and in the communities we serve.

Are there any charitable causes or community initiatives that your business supports?

Besides our own foundation we are launching, we also support and give 10% to local churches, food drives, and the Tim Tebow Foundation, where we have joined the fight against human trafficking and child exploitation.

How do you measure success? Is it purely financial, or are there other indicators you consider?

We don’t measure success purely by financial metrics; for us, success is about the impact we have on people’s lives. Success isn’t about the money—it’s about helping individuals secure more time freedom so they can live life on their own terms. We measure our success by how many people we can help achieve this. It’s the parent who never misses a day with their kids, the dad who’s always at his son’s baseball games, the solo traveler who gets to explore the world, the person who can finally quit their 9-to-5, the single mom who gains a second stream of income, or the college dropout who finally gets to start the business they’ve always dreamed of. Each time we create a business that allows someone to gain passive income and enjoy more time doing what they love, that’s the true marker of success for us. Ultimately, the more lives we positively impact, the more successful we consider ourselves. And we strive to help as many people as we can as long as we can.
